# Connect Zoho Mail

Connect a Zoho mailbox with an app password.

You connect Zoho with an **app password**.

## Create the app password

1.  In Zoho Mail, open **Settings**.
2.  Go to **Security**, then **App passwords**.
3.  Create a new one and copy it.

## Connect it

1.  In the app, go to **Mailboxes** and click **Connect mailbox**.
2.  Choose **Zoho**.
3.  Enter your full email address and paste the app password.
4.  Click **Connect**.

We fill in the server details for you. Indian accounts use **smtp.zoho.in** and **imap.zoho.in**. If your account is outside India, use **smtp.zoho.com** and **imap.zoho.com**.

## Daily limit

Zoho mailboxes get a default limit of **25 emails a day** after the slow start. You can change it in the mailbox settings. See [Sending limits and the slow start](/help/slow-start).

## SPF for Zoho

Add a TXT record on your domain: `v=spf1 include:zoho.in ~all`. Use `zoho.com` outside India. See [Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC](/help/dns-records).
