# The Master Inbox

Every reply from every mailbox in one place. Labels, snooze, notes, assigning and shortcuts.

The **Master Inbox** shows replies from all your mailboxes in one place. A lead’s sequence stops as soon as they reply.

## Folders

-   **Inbox**: new replies.
-   **Starred**: conversations you starred.
-   **Snoozed**: hidden until the time you chose.
-   **Sent**: emails sent from the app.
-   **Scheduled**: the next email for each active lead, and when it’s due.
-   **Drafts**: replies you started.
-   **All mail** and **Trash**. Trash is emptied after 30 days.

## Reply

Open a conversation and click **Reply**. Your reply goes from the same mailbox, in the same thread. Press **Ctrl/⌘ + Enter** to send.

You can also **Forward**, or click **Compose** to send a single email to anyone.

## Labels

Label each reply so you know what to do next:

-   Interested
-   Meeting booked
-   Not now
-   Not interested
-   Out of office

Click a label on the left to see only those conversations. Labels are shared with your team.

## Snooze

Hide a conversation until later today, tomorrow or next week. It comes back to the Inbox when it’s time.

## Work as a team

-   **Assign to** a teammate so everyone knows who replies.
-   **Add note**: an internal note only your team sees. Type @name to mention someone.

## Block and unsubscribe

For someone who asks to be left alone, click **Block and unsubscribe**. They are never emailed again.

## Lead activity

The side panel shows everything that happened with this lead: each email, open, click and reply.
