When am I charged?
Monthly: use the first month free, and the first charge is when it ends. You can add a payment method any time; the charge still waits for the free month to end. Yearly: you pay when you choose it, and it covers 14 months, 12 plus 2 extra.
What happens if I don't pay?
Sending pauses when the free month ends. Your mailboxes, contacts, campaigns and replies stay. Add a plan and everything picks up where it stopped.
Do you charge per mailbox or per user?
No. Connect as many mailboxes and invite as many teammates as you need. The price is the same.
Is there a sending limit?
Each mailbox can send up to 200 emails a day; we recommend 30 to 50 to protect your domain. Send more by adding mailboxes. New mailboxes start slow: 10, 20, 30 a day over three weeks.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes, in India. Add your GSTIN and billing address in Settings, then Billing, and your invoices will carry them.
Can I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends; sending pauses.
Is anything limited by plan?
No. Mailboxes, campaigns, contacts, team members, the API and integrations are all included. Each mailbox can send up to 200 emails a day; we recommend 30 to 50.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho and any mailbox with SMTP and IMAP, such as Titan, GoDaddy or Hostinger. Emails go out through your provider's own servers.
Do you have warm-up?
No, on purpose. Warm-up networks now risk getting domains blocklisted. New mailboxes get a slow start instead: 10, then 20, then 30 emails a day over three weeks.
Can my AI agent use it?
Yes. Everything in the app is available through the REST API and an MCP server that works with Claude, Cursor and other MCP-compatible assistants.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Indian customers pay in INR with UPI Autopay, cards or netbanking. Everyone else pays in USD.
